Continuously syncing changes in klaviyo profile details to a third party?

How we can use Klaviyo’s API to continuously sync changes to profile information to a third party system or database? Right now, the API appears to only expose this when we send an API request for every single profile in Klaviyo which is not scalable.

The suggestions in other similar threads are saying to talk with “Klaviyo Partners,” but this is not a question about specific details or hiring a contractor. This is a question about if Klaviyo exposes any functionality like this.
