I would like to have some help regarding an issue.
I created a popup/flyout for collecting the email & WhatsApp signups + consent. There are 215 people in total signed up recently, but in the list, which these forms are connected to, there are only 9 contacts in store. I want to understand why there is this huge discrepancy. Could it be, that you have double opt-in on the list, that you are subscribing them to? Once removing this, the subscribers are automatically added to list without having to confirm the subscription. Check with native laws before removing it - some countries require these.
Otherwise, if it is an old list with single opt-in it could be, that the subscribers are already in your list. This would though update their $source as the one you’ve chosen for the sign-up form.
