I created an embedded form with double opt in. It worked when I tested it days ago and this morning (the day we intended to use it for an event) it added one email to the list who confirmed double opt in and then no other emails were added to the list. However I can see in the form analytics that it captured 30+ new subscribers. When I try to find emails which did not confirm the double opt in, I do not get any results. 

 

Can you help me find the emails? This is highly critical. Thank you!

 

 

Hello @NNNABC2792  The numbers you see in the screenshot is total submissions including confirmed/unconfirmed.

 

Check the list associated to this form to see the actual confirmed signups.
