Export Segment to CSV via API

I want to get all the profiles associated with a segment. I understand I can use the Get Segment Profiles API call but that is limited to 100 per call and I have a segment that includes more than 500,000 profiles. I know you can manually select to export the segment to CSV. My question is if there is a way to trigger the export to CSV via API?

At this time, it is not possible to trigger a .CSV export via API. However, I will certainly forward this to our API team for consideration in future releases!
