Have just moved our website over from shopify to a custom built site using stripe, and struggling to get our flows to be triggered. Have added ‘checkout success’ as an event, but a test order shows that this isn’t being triggered for the use profile, so the customer isn’t entering the flow. Any idea why this could be happening?
