having difficulty while importing cvs file of review

Hi,

Im getting below error while importing review file from judge me. the original json file i have downloaded from etsy store added to judge me earlier. any solution ? is it showing error because product-id is blank ?

If the error persists after adding the $email column, please check:

Mapping: Ensure $email is mapped to Klaviyo’s built-in email field with no typos.
Data Format: Verify $email contains valid email addresses without empty or invalid entries.
Upload: Try uploading a file with just $email and necessary fields to isolate the issue.

Hi @divyagor,

I believe the issue is you need to map the email to _Klaviyo’s_ built-in email field. You’re currently mapping the email to a custom profile field called “reviewer_email.” This means Klaviyo can’t create (or update) contacts because there’s no email/phone to find the contact.

If you need to add reviewer_email as a profile field, I believe you need to duplicate your reviewer_email field.

Map reviewer_email → reviewer_email (custom field)

Map reviewer_email → $email (built-in Klaviyo field)

product id is coming blank while exporting review from etsy, should i manually enter the product id ?

it still shows the same error even i made the another column $email
