I have looked everywhere in the dashboard but I can’t find where the actual sign up form submission data is. I would like to see which profiles submitted a form, and which data they have entered.

@jonasrc if you navigate to metrics and locate the “Form completed by profile” and “Form submitted by profile” metrics you can find more information there

@whereisjad Thanks for your answer. Although that’s very helpful, this panel still doesn’t let me see what the form answers were - I still have to open the Profile to see them. Personally speaking, I feel like a better structured model would be separating form / landing page submissions from the Profile model so they don’t get turned into Profile properties.

@jonasrc that is true how the Klaviyo sign up forms behave.  Have you considered 3rd party form solutions like Quizzes and Surveys or Landing Pages and Forms ? One vendor in particular that has a great integration with Klaviyo is Typeform.  Alternatively you can construct a Klaviyo flow with a webhook event that will fire a custom Klaviyo event along with the profile custom properties of the form submit.  The flow will trigger off one of the events from my earlier message.
