How do I select multiple events in a segment/list definition

Hi Everyone, I am trying to create a segment/list for a specific event attribute where there are many possible event attributes I want to select. Attached is a screenshot showing what I mean, I am trying to grab ~40 of a possible 100 vehicle types in the drop down list, I think I could manually add every one as it’s own condition but surely there is a smarter/faster way?

If you have access to an API, you could potentially add the vehicle types programmatically.

Create a list and check the list id and then you will need the list id when you do API integration.
