Hi,

We are moving to a website that doesn’t have standard integration with Klaviyo.

The website provider will supply .csv files every day with various updates.

We will definitely need a dev to help us with this work, however before I begin to look for someone my understanding is that the API only works with a http data feed. Is that correct?

If so, is there any way to convert a .csv file to an http data feed?

Hi @jh999 - can you explain what you mean by “… supply .csv files every day with various updates.”

Are you getting an update of new or updated products?  A list of subscribed emails?  A list of orders and customers? Or, what are you trying to do with Klaviyo?

@retention - currently we are with woocommerce and have integration with klaviyo and all that goes with that. We are now moving to a new website provider that doesn’t have any integration with klaviyo. Bottom line is we need klaviyo to work with the new website in the same way that it currently does with woocommerce.

we will be getting sent a number of csv files a day for the following (new records, updates and deletes);

customers
orders
shipments
returns
refunds
crm opt in changes
crm engagment
products
stock adjustments
stock receipts
customer deletes

I’m not familiar enough with Klaviyo to know if we need all of that info but I guess what we don’t need we won’t use.

Hopefully that’s given you a better idea of what the situation is :)
