My Facebook Leads are not receiving SMS

Hello, my facebook leads are not received ads because apparently there isn’t consent… they filled out the phone number on the ad form… how can I make it work?

At this time, it’s not yet possible to collect SMS consent via a Facebook lead ad form.

However, there are other methods you can use to collect SMS consent which can be found in our documentation: Guide to Collecting SMS Consent and Guide to Collecting SMS Consent via API as well as the thread below:
