Personalizing Event emails with 2 flows

Question

Hi there, I am using an integration for shipping and insurance called “Route” this all works fine they connect and when products are “InTransit” or “Delivered” etc.. The flow sends an email as needed, but of course, I can’t send the PO number their API does not have this information.

So I got on make and I am able to make a event called Intransit_QBO which work and I can push the additional information needed, but how do I combine the info from the “Intransit route” event and the “Intransit_QBO” event, so that I can send emails with info from both events. Thoughts on this ?

Hi @ejensen1978!My apologies for the delay here!At this time, it’s not possible to trigger a single flow with two events.The best option would be to send two different flows, one containing the delivery status and another containing the additional information.That, or you could try to use a third-party tool like Zapierto make an intermediary event that combines both, but that would technically be a custom use case that is beyond the scope of Klaviyo support/community.Best,Brian
