Since we migrated couple of weeks ago to the new version of the API we have an issue with “Placed Order” and only this one( all the others are fine).
The API doesn’t show any error yet the event doesn’t appear. something I am missing ?

Thanks for sharing this. I see an open support ticket on this issue. I will keep an eye on the investigation and add any additional help here on this thread for the rest of the community if it is applicable.
