I would have one more question, let's say more technical, related to the information that the client receives when placing an order on the website, namely: can we integrate the awb of the order (the one given by FANCourier) in a post purchase flow? Does that mean that it will automatically be picked up and sent to the client?

The information that’s sent within a Placed Order event will depend largely on the type and structure of your e-commerce store.
Since FANCourier does not natively integrate with Klaviyo, are you integrated with FANCourier via a custom integration? Or is this a plug-in/app that is supplementary to your e-commerce store?
If this is a custom integration, you will likely be able to include this information via the custom Placed Order event, which is outlined here in the Developer Portal:
If you are already including the awb in Placed Order events, then you will certainly be able to use that data in a post-purchase flow, as long as the flow is triggered by that event. Here’s our Help Center article on how to do this, along with a relevant Community thread:
