Hi, so I’m working on a Flutter WebView app. I’m trying to send a simple ‘Welcome’ push notification to app install (first-time) users. I want to preface, the app has NOT been published to the app store yet, I am simply working right now with TestFlight.

Using Firebase Cloud Functions, I’ve managed to properly communicate and send information over to Klaviyo, such as anonymous profiles, merging profiles, etc.

The problem is, push notifications at the moment only show up on the ‘Preview’ screen in Klaviyo flow/campaign creation, when I manually insert the push token found on the profile.

However, with an active flow, they all fail to send with the following information:

And yet it send no problem during ‘Preview’. Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

I’m not sure how you’d be able to send a preview without doing this, but just to confirm, have you configured mobile push in your account settings? Please refer to our iOS and Android docs.

Hi @MaxB,

Did you manage to get this figured out yet? I’d recommend following Mark’s advice above, but if you need more help, don’t hesitate to let us know!
