Glad to hear it was an isolated case!
This can sometimes happen if you’re no longer logged into the original account you’re submitting your support question to. This behavior is common if you were switching between accounts if you manage multiple ones.
You could also always contact our Support colleagues through our generic request form here as mentioned in our How to Contact Support Help Center article. When using this method, we highly suggest including your Klaviyo account ID, screenshots, etc. so our colleagues can investigate further!
