Hello I have my CommerceHQ store integrated with  Klaviyo using API but I am unable to get the tracking number / Shipping Info on Placed Order event 

 

wondering if someone can share the solution

I recommend reviewing a reply to a similar post by my colleague @david.to which speaks to adding events to Klaviyo via the API:

In short, you’ll want to use a Track request (since this is a custom event) to populate the event data fields for tracking number and shipping information within the Placed Order event. You can follow the example located here
