Hi,

We are extending our integration to subscribe profiles based their attribute in the external source.

Is there a way to bulk update profile subscriptions without removing suppressions?

In https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/subscribe_profiles, it says that it removes UNSUBSCRIBE, SPAM_REPORT, and USER_SUPPRESSED suppressions.

Is there a better way of achieving this than checking each profile subscription before updating them?

Hi @TranslatorHQ!

My apologies for the delay here - at this time, this is not possible via the API, but our API team is aware of this feature request so I’ll update the thread if anything changes in the future.

Best,

Brian

Is there any update on this? We need to import thousands of profiles from another source and we need to be able to retain any current suppressions.
