We are an App Partner and are interested in using the webhooks API. Is the webhooks API available on any account that installs our app or only on accounts that have CDP enabled already?

For private key access (and UI), webhooks are currently limited to only CDP.,
However if you are using OAuth as a partner, then webhooks are available for any account that installs your app, not only CDP-enabled accounts.

We are also using OAuth as a partner, but we’re unable to get the profile create or profile update webhooks. When we retrieve all webhook topics for my account, we’re not seeing the profile-related webhook-topics, even though we’ve added the required scopes in our app for profiles.

Currently our webhooks are limited to metric-based events, like Sent SMS or Subscribed to Marketing. We don’t currently have a webhook topic for profile created/updated. We may explore this in the future, but for now I have no timeline on this.
