All my links aren't working

Hi all,

 

I’m facing this issue and haven’t been able to find a solution so far.

All the links in my klaviyo email leads to a timeout or error.

  • CTA
  • Headers
  • Social media links
  • Unsubscribe link

 

This is for both preview and actual emails sent out in my flows.

 

I’ve tried the following but it still doesn’t fix the problem.

  • Disable email to website tracking
  • Uncheck tracking parameters for email
  • Changing the URL in my emails

 

Not sure what the issue is here. Would appreciate if anybody could offer support!

There is only one integration - Shopify.

 

Please find the screenshot of the error below. This error comes out on all links. Doesn’t matter whether it’s the unsubscribe link, CTA, socials, even clicking the Klaviyo logo throws up this error.

 

 

 

Additional details:

  • I’m on the free tier of Klaviyo

Have you investigated if there has been a change in your firewall settings? Additionally, are you seeing this across all inboxes or only one specific?

I can confirm that it is not my firewall setting.

In addition, multiple people in our team have tried as well, from different locations, connection types, inbox provider. We all get the broken link issue. Thus I’ve concluded that it’s not on our end but Klaviyo’s end.

Hello @GRYT 

I suspected something is blocking Klaviyo’s click tracking domain. I would recommend adding your own domain to track clicks in Klaviyo.

Hello @GRYT I am referring to the dedicated click tracking. If you have it enabled then you won't see trk.klclick3.com but it will be your own domain.

 

Also, adding the dedicated click tracking now will not change behaviour of the existing deployed email.
