I'm currently working with BigCommerce and Klaviyo to send abandonment emails that include unique coupon codes. I had a few questions regarding the best way to manage and replenish these codes:
- When updating/replenishing codes, is it sufficient to create more codes in the third-party app and add them to the existing coupon, or should I create a new coupon each time?
- Are the unique coupon codes sent once per recipient? If the same recipient receives a subsequent email, will they get the same code, or will a new one be generated for each email?
- Can these codes be automatically added to the links in the emails, similar to other types of discount codes in Klaviyo?
- What’s the best method for keeping on top of code replenishment? As this is a manual task, I’d prefer to handle it as efficiently as possible, but it's crucial to avoid running out of codes, as this could prevent emails from being sent. Has anyone found an effective way to monitor and manage this process?
Are there any other considerations that I might be missing or overlooking when it comes to using unique codes in abandonment emails?
