I have set up a simple E-Mail flow: People sign up to Newsletter → they get the double opt-in confirmation Mail → they get an welcome E-Mail with a 10% off Code.
the Problem: after signing up and confirming, they welcome Email takes about 20-30 mins to send.
Is that normal? Because I actually need it to send instantly after confirmation Email is being confirmed.
Thank you very much in advance

Hi there @Ferhat,
If you have a list-triggered flow with an email as the first step, people should generally receive that email right after they enter that list. On occasion, you might see a delay of a couple minutes, and a rare delay of around 20-25 minutes is very uncommon, but not unheard of. Has this happened once or twice when testing the flow, or has this been a pattern that’s been happening consistently in this flow?
