I am getting error 404 when I try to connect Klaviyo for the first time .

I have tried all steps

1: Changed Permalinks

2: Removed Cache Plugins .
3: Checked community .

Nothing seems to work .

Plus no other thing is specified . Its been an issue so why its not been fixed .

Any help would be really appreciated .

Hi @turkeydude ,

A 404 error usually means Klaviyo can’t find the right URL to connect with your WooCommerce store.

You’ve already done the right steps (permalinks, cache plugins), so here are a few more things to try:

  1. Make sure the Klaviyo plugin is installed and active in your WordPress.

  2. Double-check the site URL in your WordPress settings—make sure it's using HTTPS and matches exactly.

  3. Temporarily disable security/firewall plugins (like Wordfence), which can block the connection.

  4. Try reconnecting using a different browser or incognito mode, just in case something is being cached.

If none of this works, I’d recommend contacting @mike digital101  directly

Hope that helps!
