Hello, I have a problem with my abandoned cart flow.

Whenever I click on the link, I am not redirected.

Is this the corect link? {{ event.extra.checkout_url }}

Thanks for asking for help with your Abandoned Cart flow, happy to help!

First, what integration are you using, if Shopify, that should be to correct variable to use. When you say the link is not redirecting you to the checkout page, how are you testing this and does the profile you are using to test have an abandoned cart event in the profile?

With a little more info we can help figure out what’s going on!
