Abandoned Cart Flow - Not Sending

Hello, my abandoned cart is not sending to all of the users for some reason and keeps skipping. Please see the flow below.

A few things I would fix:

Change the “Placed Order At Least Once Since Starting this Flow” to “Placed Zero Orders Since Starting this Flow”
You may want to tune down the 30 days, maybe make it 14 or 7 days? That additional rule means once someone gets an abandone cart email (this Flow), they won’t get another email for 30 days.
Check to see if your emails have “Smart Sending” turned on. Cart abandonment are an email you may want to consider having that turned off.

Give those a try and let us know if it worked!
