Abandoned Cart & One Page Checkout

Hello. My problem is that i want to know how does klaviyo abandoned cart emails work with shopify one page checkout. I got to know that klaviyo sents abandoned cart email when a user fills the detail on the first checkout page and dont fill the details on the second checkout page and click buy. But now as shopify has switched to only one page checkout, how will this work 🥲.

Hi there,

It’s quite an easy solution.

You just need a flow where the trigger is “Started checkout” then add a time delay from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

You can then use flow filters or conditional splits to check if someone has purchased since the flow began to then send the first email.
