Hi, I’ve got this setup using the Abandoned Checkout metric for my abandoned cart flow and can’t understand why it’s not registering when I test using my email.

Abandoned Chekout with spotify not working

A few things to review. I’ve assumed Shopify is your platform and not Spotify (autocorrect?)!
- is the metric you’ve selected for the trigger the correct Shopify checkout-started event? There are instances where a non-Shopify checkout event can be included in the list of metrics options.
- Are you receiving Shopify checkout-started events? Head to https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/metrics then choose Checkout Started (Shopify) , then activity feed to make sure you’re capturing those events.
