Hi Everyone,
Im having this issue when we design the mailshot add in Klaviyo, when its gone out to customers, it doe snot display correctly in the preview window in outlook.
The email should auto shrink the whole advert and fit it into the preview pane, but it does not.
Mailchimp does this, but Klaviyo does not….
Anyone have a solution to what we are doing incorrectly?

Without going into a lot of technical detail, Outlook uses Microsoft Word to process your email’s HTML and render it, which makes all sorts of weird outputs happen (my personal favorite is when it ignores CSS elements completely).
I believe this is causing issues for you and you will need to do some creative Outlook optimization to make sure your emails are rendering as intended.
