Hi there :)

I’m looking to see if there’s a way for a metric-based event flow to send to two different email addresses! I would love to avoid having to duplicate the flow and setting up a second metric to trigger off a different contact.

The use case is this: the metric-based event is triggered by someone signing up for a class. We need to be able to send an email to both the student who has signed up, and the parent/guardian of the student who has signed up.

Hi @spyhop,

Thanks for the question! Right now, there isn’t a way for an event to be attributed to two profiles, or for an email to send a second time to another email address in the event’s data. Because of this, I would recommend setting up another flow triggered an event that sends the parent’s email into Klaviyo. Apologies for this, but I’m happy to speak to our product team and recommend that we implement this in the future!

Thanks @Byrne C !

I ended up duplicating my flow triggered off an event with the parent email data. I know it’s such a niche use case, and I appreciate your kind response :)

It could be a neat feature in the future! But I bet it’s something most Klaviyo users probably don’t need. I don’t mind this workaround one bit!

Again, thanks for your response!
