I’ve set up this button for years but for the first time it’s not working for one of our clients. We’re using the Label theme and I’ve added the code as below but nothing is showing up.

Have I completely overlooked something here? The klaviyo widget is toggled on in the editor too.

I am not sure if you theme is paid or free, but klaviyo does not support troubleshooting paid Shopify themes for Back In Stock. You can find the list of themes we support here. I am not sure if things have changed though (this is slightly old info). Its best if you are able to connect with klaviyo chat support to further investigate this.
