BigCommerce Email Verification Issues

Hello,

I’ve been able to get 3 of the 4 verification records to verify. The only one I’m having issue with is “kl.domainkey.u161779.wl030.sendgrid.net” I got the kl2.domainkey.u161779.wl030.sendgrid.net to verify so I’m not understanding why the other one will not. Any help is appreciated.

@jbailey0624 You’ve done this 100% correctly. BigCommerce is a little tricky with this, but you nailed their requirements so I don’t see any reason why this isn’t authenticating.

I suggest reaching out to your DNS provider (wherever you purchased your domain) to troubleshoot this further!
