Browse Abandonment Flow for Shopify - How to show what other customers browsed

Question

Hi thereI’ve just set up my first Browse Abandonment flow using the standard template.   I want to add products other customers have browsed in the email too. I have created a feed based on product views - and added a product block.   How can I further segment this so that women only see womens products, men only mens products, and where someone has looked at dog items or unisex items - they only see relevant content?ThanksCaroline

Hi thereYes I’ve read the article - and I’ve set up feed based on viewed products and then selected limit to certain categories. At the moment I’ve only set to ‘new in’ and ‘clearance’.If I add all the categories - will it show the customer recommendations from only the category they browsed - or if I add all the categories in this filter will it show everything to them?Thanks!Caroline
