Business performance summary shows revenue

Hi @MeditatingMisfits - thanks for asking your question to the community. 

I noticed in your screen shot that the Shopify “Checkout Started” is the conversion metric currently selected. Therefore, the Business performance summary metrics displayed on the dashboard are calculated based on occurrences of that conversion metric. (So these “revenue” figures represent the total value of the orders tied to the “Checkout Started” events, not actual orders. 

Try selecting “Placed Order” as your conversion metric. If there have been zero “Placed Order” events in your Shopify store, then you should see zeros on this dashboard.
