Can a profile be automatically removed from the 'SMS subscribers' list after sending a standard keyword?

There is a list of standard keywords https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035285472#01H8PSCKC0XVP9F1S1SSVD4JMN

START, UNSTOP: …  Note: You must have a list titled "SMS Subscribers" for the keywords to work.  

Сan the use of any of these keywords remove a user from this list?

Or the user always remains in the "SMS Subscribers" list but only his general SMS consent status changes?

@MVysh You’re correct, any of the standard keywords will unsubscribe the profile from the SMS list. Their status will change to “Unsubscribed” and will be excluded from campaigns.
