I completed course certifications while logged into my current employer’s account. Can I transfer the certificates and course completions to my personal account so I don’t lose access to this if I leave the company and get a new job?

Sorry to hear about this issue! There is no way for us to delete a certificate off of an account or transfer it to a different account without actually merging the two accounts. However, I do believe there is a way a member of our Academy team can manually issue you another certificate on another email. I will DM you for more information on next steps in this regard!
