Can Klaviyo send an automated email triggered from a reply?
This could be a good way to increase engagement on the first open email. The automated email could contain an increased discount or another benefit

Hey
Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post! Check out this other community post on the same topic.
While we can’t automate a response off of a reply, you can use the “Opened email” event that is triggered for a specific campaign or flow to create an automated series of emails to follow up ie “Opened Email X” and “Has NOT Placed Order in X days”.
Hope this helps!
