I made the Klaviyo integration thru Vtex as an app, but my flows are not working. I´m not able to see the Vtex events in the metrics list. The only ones that appear in the list are the Shopify ones. Does any one know how can I verify that the integration is working correctly, and make the event list appeat in my flows?

May I ask if you’re using the partner integration that’s documented here?
Since this is not a native Klaviyo integration (it was developed by a third-party), troubleshooting it is beyond the scope of Klaviyo’s Community & Support. However, I was able to locate the Installation Guide here:

I would recommend reaching out to that email with this question, since they have more insight into the inner-workings of the integration.
