can't connect klaviyo to wordpress - 404 page after install - HELP

Hey
I downloaded Klaviyo and installed it on the site (not the first time I do this) and for some reason when I try to click activate it leads me to page 404.
What is being done to solve this? Klaviyo's support seems to be missing underground :(

To confirm, you read through the various possibilities I mentioned in our linked conversation and investigated all of the options and found that none of them shed any light on the situation? I’d also recommend reading the Wordpress support article I linked in my response that could also bring more clarity to the situation as well!

Your Permalink page would be found in the Admin side of your Wordpress site under settings as the screenshot below shows!
