I can see i have mobile numbers on an i hériter account but consent was never given. Is there a way to create a form to all subscribers to both update details and give consent for SMS?

Hello @Keeks,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

If you haven’t already, I would suggest taking a look at some of our Help Center articles such as the ones I’ve included below. In them, you’ll find guidance and strategies on how to collect SMS consent from both new and existing subscribers.

We also offer a Getting started with SMS Academy course that offers an on-demand training that could prove useful.

I hope this helps!
