Cannot permanently remove profiles
I can’t permanently delete profiles anymore. it’s silently fails so they can keep charging for dead profiles as your list grows. Even with a test list of 3 profiles it won’t delete them.
Profile deletion has been silently disabled so you cannot delete profiles. Also support is useless and won’t help you. We’ve been with Klaviyo for 5 years now. With all the recent shady practices we are now looking for a new solution
