check if I have a branded sending domain?

Hi Guys

I got an email form you saying “Authenticate your emails with a branded sending domain” as I fire off more than 5000 emails at a time.

I think I have this setup, how can I check? Is there a tool?

Hi @fabmol!

Welcome to the community! If you go to the Settings section of your Klaviyo account, under Email you’ll find a section for Domains.

That’s where you verify your sending domain in Klaviyo. If all is set up correctly, you’ll see an “active” confirmation like my example shown in this screenshot.

Good Day

i have tried to setup the brand domain, it has failed, i followed the instruction to update and integrate shopify, which is now active. but the domain does not auto load when i select shopify as per the domain help video.
