Google Fonts work in maybe 30% of email clients at best. Gmail doesn't support them at all, which is probably where most of your subscribers are opening. So the fallback kicking in isn't a Klaviyo bug, it's just how email works.
The font does get embedded in the HTML, so Apple Mail and iOS Mail will actually render it correctly. But for everyone else, the fallback is what they see.
Honestly, the better move is choosing a fallback that looks close to your Google Font. That way you get consistency everywhere instead of it looking right for a few people and off for everyone else.
