connecting a domain

Hello, I am trying to connect my domain with Klaviyo manually and doing this with support from my domain provider. They ask whether Klaviyo can rewrite some DNS records if they add 4 NS records. My answer would be “no.” I am just double-checking that if we add those 4 NS records, I will not, e.g., cut off my domain from the store. Thanks!

    Hey @lukasburda

You are correct to be cautious about NS (nameserver) records! You should NOT add NS records for Klaviyo, because that might Transfer control of your entire domain to another service or Potentially break your existing website, email, and other services.

I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community.

    Cheers
