Contacts don't land in the right list after landed in the "Profiles" tab

Hey there !

So my client is hosting her opt-in page on her wordpress website.

She works with a developer and we connected the opt-in form to Klaviyo using Zapier.

But the problem is that when contacts opt-in, they land in the “Profiles” tab in Klaviyo, but they don’t land in the right list to then trigger the flow.

We have 3 diffrents opt-in pages, one for french speakers, one for english speakers, and one for portugese speakers.

Do you know what should I do to make sure those contacts land in the right list after landed in the “Profiles” tab ?

Hi @Steve0603It sounds like the integration is working to a point: a profile is being created in Klaviyo!Your client’s dev must also ensure they are pushing contact data to your target Klaviyolists ids.Is there any reason why the client is not using a Klaviyo form - popup or embed? Easy to set up, and no dev or Zapier required!RegardsAndy
