Correcting a hard bounce in error

I have an email that has notified us that they aren’t received emails.  I researched and discovered they had a hard bounce due to a lapse in payments and they were automatically suppressed in klaviyo.  I don’t have the obvious option to unsuppress which im sure is intentional.  

they want to be a part of our database.  can someone tell me how to get them un suppressed good to know.

 

note, they are also subscribed to marketing but still suppressed. thanks.

For this issue, I’d recommend filing a support ticket as this is a highly account-specific issue!
