Create a flow to 'certain' customers joining a list, but only to a certain

Hiya

I’ve created a simple flow, a single email to customers joining a list but i only want to send it to those people who haven’t given a phone number.

I thought it might be ‘flow filter, Phone Number is not set’ but that doesnt seem to work.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried checking the conditional split with these properties?

That way you should be able to easily distinguish who the SMS field is empty or full, you can also do it by creating a custom properties.
