You'll need to update the settings in your WooCommerce > Plugins > Klaviyo settings to Add a subscribe to newsletter checkbox on the checkout page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce#install-the-klaviyo-woocommerce-plugin1

Then, in Klaviyo, you can choose to have customers added to a specific List in Integrations > WooCommerce:

We have checkbox and all the settings are ok.
I’m not referring to the checkout process..

People can register to our website through the WP native reg form but they are not entering our Klaviyo account.
 

We are also looking for this feature that Emailim describes:  when someone just plain registers on a Wordpress site, create a profile for them in Klaviyo.  Not just when they complete a purchase or submit a Klaviyo-hosted form.  The reason for this is that sometimes customers will register without buying so they can post comments, write reviews, or participate in other promotional programs.
