+4Hi, I have a gift company and I want to offer customers to offer our customers an important date reminder. So they could tell us the date of someone’s birthday or anniversary for example, and we can send a reminder 2 weeks before the date. Is this possible in klaviyo?

You can collect the date through a custom profile property in your opt-in or through an email/SMS in your welcome flow. You can then trigger a flow using that date. More info on custom profile properties: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050420371
