Hi Everyone,

I’m interested in improving our Welcome series of emails to make the journey more personalised for our subscribers. I would like to ask a simple question in the first email and provide two answer options. I would then like to segment the subscribers depending on which answer they choose - so we can then tailor the remainder of their welcome journey based on their interests.

Does anyone know how I can set up this segmentation?

Thanks,

Mary

Hey Harrier,

The easiest way to achieve this is to follow the profile property storing that Klaviyo covers here  (It even showcases a survey example!)

It’ll basically store their selection as a profile property and from there you can do a conditional split in the flow that checks what their answer is. You can also build a segment based on that profile property answer as well!

Hope that helps.
