Hi @Breezecare!
The coupon code block in Customer Hub is only displayed for customers who have a dynamic code linked to their account. If no code is assigned in Klaviyo, the block will remain hidden by default.
The best way to test this is by using a test account with an assigned dynamic coupon code.

On another point, have you used a quizz for one of the content blocks. And if you have can you recommend any apps that make the quiz for you.

We don’t currently have our quiz linked in a Customer Hub block, but we do have one live on our site! We use Octane AI and have been very happy with it. While it offers an AI quiz builder, we manually created our questions, but the results page is powered by Octane’s AI.
