Delivery Promplem

Im new to Klaviyo, and I have set up a domain so that we are sending from a domaine email for google. When I send a message it says it gets delivered to everyone but then when go on the live view it only shows 5 people, and when I call them some of them its in the junk and others don't get it at all. I also had one customer say that the link they clicked on asked for permissions and then it still did not work after he accepted it. Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated
